get-fable: Building Deterministic Workflows for Coding Agents

`get-fable` is a portable coding lifecycle system designed to address the lack of execution discipline in coding agents through deterministic workflows and skill routing. It does not rely on a single model; instead, it forces coding agents to follow evidence-driven, rigorous engineering practices via 13 core skill modules (such as DISCOVER, RESEARCH, PLAN, TEST, and REVIEW), preventing blind guesswork. Operating as a DSH plugin, it supports a full closed-loop workflow from discovery to release, significantly improving the stability, security, and reproducibility of agent-generated code.
