`dsh-tool-failure-circuit-breaker` is a security-related plugin for DeepSeek Harness that intercepts and blocks an Agent's repeated failed tool calls with identical parameters, helping prevent wasted resources and costs. By listening to the `tools/pre-execute` event, it directly rejects subsequent requests with the same parameters after the configured consecutive-failure threshold (`maxFailures`) is reached, and records the rejection as a normal result to preserve consistency in the interaction history. It supports flexible configuration of the protection scope through `include` and `exclude`, making it suitable for Agent scenarios that frequently call external APIs and involve retry logic.
