dsh_plugin_refresh：裝完即用、無需重啓的 DSH 插件激活與熱重載

dsh_plugin_refresh 是 DSH Host 側客戶端插件，由 lixiaohao001 維護。它在不修改 profile manifest 的前提下，自動檢查已安裝組合：對未掛載的 bundle 走官方 setBundleEnabled 路徑修復，對同路徑文件變更做 deep reload，並暴露 /api/plugin-refresh 狀態接口。適用於重裝同名依賴、首次 import 失敗後改代碼、以及 node_modules 內插件熱更新等場景。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:lixiaohao001/dsh_plugin_refresh，需 Node ^22.19.0 或 >=24 與 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 peer 範圍。
