DeepSeek Harness Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) Plugin

The dsh-zh-hant-tw plugin provided by DeepSeek Harness (dsh) is intended to address differences between the Simplified Chinese interface and common Taiwanese terms (e.g., 設定, 代理, 儲存). The plugin converts approximately 90 terms to their Taiwanese variants, preserves product-related English terms, and modifies only the interface chrome without changing user-facing messages. After installation, users can enable it under “Settings → Language → Traditional Chinese,” and the setting is automatically persisted to `settings.yaml`. This project is based on a modified build, is a one-time release, and is no longer maintained.
