DeepSeek Harness Plugin: dsh-wrapped

The DeepSeek Harness plugin `dsh-wrapped` converts conversation statistics into a dark-themed SVG summary card for sharing. It can track turn and step counts, compare tool and thinking durations, calculate generation speed, and determine session type (Explorer/Deep Thinker/Balanced Operator) based on duration ratios. After installing it with `dsh plugin`, users can enter `/wrapped` in any conversation to generate a visual summary. The plugin logic is implemented as pure functions, consumes no tokens, and dependencies are included by default.
