DSH Workloads: The Persistent Workload Runtime Hub for DeepSeek Harness

DSH Workloads is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness that aims to solve the challenges of state persistence and lifecycle management when agents frequently maintain long-running services (such as development servers). It decouples “workloads” from “temporary session tasks,” enabling persistent process records, log storage, and a visual runtime center. It manages processes through a Host service and provides a web interface and agent tools (such as `workload_start`) to control services. Currently, it supports Windows only and includes security policy restrictions.
