dsh-withskillhub: Integrating SkillHub Marketplace into the DSH Web Interface

dsh-withskillhub is a standalone plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to integrate the SkillHub public skill marketplace into the settings sidebar of the DSH web interface, allowing users to browse, download, enable, update, and manage skills conveniently. This plugin is licensed under the MIT License and is hosted in the GitHub repository `lhwu1/dsh-withskillhub`. Core features include: browsing skills by category, keyword, or download count; viewing skill details (such as overview, version, author, etc.); downloading skills to the local shared directory with a single click; and performing enable, disable, delete, or update operations in skill management.
