DeepSeek Harness Window State Memory Plugin

`dsh-window-state` is a Windows plugin for the DeepSeek Harness desktop version, intended to address the issue of window reset on startup. It automatically saves and restores the main window's size, position, and maximization state via the Win32 API. Users only need to install it with a command and restart DSH to use it, with no additional configuration required. The plugin employs a secure isolation mechanism, operates only on its own window, and records the state automatically every 2 seconds. By default, the state file is stored at `~/.dsh/window-state.json`. Please note that it supports Windows only, does not track fullscreen state, and requires a restart after installation to take effect.
