dsh-win-native 是 ax2 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 插件，面向 Windows 将编码检测/转换（GBK/GB18030/Big5/Shift-JIS）、路径合法性、netstat 解析及有边界的只读目录统计与重复文件分析封装为六个工具，返回 result/meta 回执。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-win-native，装后需重启。插件无网络、不写盘，dir_usage 与 file_duplicates 仅只读且拒绝相对路径。
