dsh-wide-stats-footer: Remove the width limit for the DeepSeek Harness writer statistics footer

The dsh-wide-stats-footer plugin addresses the issue where DeepSeek Harness (DSH) truncates the statistics footer on widescreen devices. It dynamically discovers CSS module hashes at runtime and injects override rules to remove width constraints, allowing the stats row to span the full width and display centered. The plugin supports automatic fallback, provides diagnostic tools, and has no npm dependencies. Install it via CLI command; it works with DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 and later.
