The problem occurs at moments requiring human intervention—such as when awaiting approvals, plan approvals, or model queries. The page remains silent during these times, causing the task to stall until a user switches back to discover it. **dsh-web-notify** solves this attention gap. It is a client-side plugin attached to the web profile that alerts users through multiple channels when pending interactions arrive: audio prompts, changes to tab titles and favicon badges, OS notifications, PWA taskbar badges, and notifications in the Dock. It also provides corresponding alerts for session completion, task failure, reconnection after disconnection, and anomalies in model/tool execution (such as 429 quota errors).
