dsh-web-noOpenBrowser: Disable Automatic Browser Launch in DSH Web Mode

Starting from version 0.1.0-rc.8, DeepSeek Harness (DSH) opens a browser by default when launching Web mode, which may interfere with background operation. The `dsh-web-noopenbrowser` plugin modifies the Cordis configuration to force-set `openBrowser` in `web-runtime` to `false`, disabling automatic browser launch. It is a pure Cordis bundle patch requiring no code and no build steps, and can be installed or uninstalled via a GitHub repository.
