dsh-web-annotate：在 DSH 侧栏里对真实页面元素做批注

dsh-web-annotate 由 nubeslove 维护，在 DeepSeek Harness 侧栏用 Playwright 跑真实 Chromium，通过 CDP 画面流展示页面，支持元素拾取、框选批注、localStorage 持久化与 Markdown 导出。批注可一键回填对话，并可配置 playwright-mcp attach 让模型操作同一浏览器。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile desktop add "github:nubeslove/dsh-web-annotate"，并在 desktop profile 的 bundles 中启用。适用于前端联调与向模型精确描述改 UI 的场景；需注意权限边界与 Windows 0.2.x 验证范围。
