dsh-water-resist: DSH Plugin Water Resistance Level Assessment

DSH’s core design philosophy is “everything is a plugin,” and `dsh-water-resist` is designed for such vertical scenarios. It is a standalone pure Node.js module maintained by uckkk, with no network dependencies. It mainly provides water-resistance rating assessment and can return maintenance recommendations for watches and jewelry based on parameters. Users can install it through the official command and invoke the registered `water_resist` tool during a session. Before using it, note that the plugin runs with DSH process permissions; reviewing the source code and MIT license is recommended.
