dsh-watch-kit-plugin：按间隔巡检，有事才唤醒 Agent

rokyaria 维护的 dsh-watch-kit-plugin（v0.3.1）为 DeepSeek Harness 提供 SQLite 支撑的 watch 调度：按 interval 运行 checker，仅在 stdout 返回 notify:true 时向绑定会话投递 [WATCH 通知]，无事时不消耗 LLM token。配置位于 ~/.dsh/watch/watches.json，由用户发送 /watch-reload 生效；支持自定义 checker argv 与 mailbox preset。安装见仓库 install.md（Web 插件页、plugin_manager 或手动方式）。
