dsh-wallpaper-rotator (Enhanced)

`dsh-wallpaper-rotator (Enhanced)` is an enhanced second-development plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to fix rendering defects in the original background switching feature and improve multimedia support. It supports seamless fade-in and fade-out between MP4 videos and other video formats, as well as images, and resolves issues such as failed frosted-glass blur and black screens when transitioning from video to image. New features include independent video-layer rendering (with darkening and blur support), automatic panel transparency (surface neutralization), and RC.6 compatibility fixes. The plugin provides extensive configuration options; once installed via the official command, it delivers a visually appealing dynamic wallpaper effect in the DSH Web UI.
