dsh-wallpaper-bg is a plugin that provides an independent animated background for DeepSeek Harness, alleviating visual fatigue through browser-based rendering. It supports three background sources: built-in images, custom uploads (stored in IndexedDB), and read-only connections to the Wallpaper Engine library. It features a playback queue, loop playback, and four rendering modes (image, video, scene preview, and web page). The plugin adopts zero local caching, GPU compositing, and preloading techniques to ensure a smooth experience, and includes intelligent masking and adjustment functions to maintain text readability. It supports one-click activation of “native background” mode and does not occupy desktop wallpaper permissions.
