dsh-voice-ru：为 DSH 语音输入提供本地俄语 ASR

dsh-voice-ru 为 DeepSeek Harness 语音输入增加本地 STT 提供商 nemotron-local，弥补内置 SenseVoice 对俄语支持不足。引擎为 NVIDIA Nemotron 3.5 ASR Streaming 0.6B Q8_0 GGUF，经 transcribe.cpp v0.3.1 与 koffi FFI 在本地推理；运行时与模型首次 prepare 时从 GitHub/Hugging Face 下载并 sha256 校验。安装需 dsh plugin add github:ripls56/dsh-voice-ru、在 profile bundles 注册并重启，于 Voice input 选择 Nemotron 3.5 ASR 0.6B 与语言 Auto。适合俄英混说场景；注意磁盘约 1 GB、录音上限 120 秒及插件进程权限。
