dsh-video-see: Letting the DSH Agent See Video with Its Own Eyes

`dsh-video-see` is a local video frame extraction plugin for DeepSeek Harness that requires no API key or internet access. It uses ffmpeg to extract video frames, timestamp them, and return real images directly to the Agent, supporting multiple parameter configurations and a frame sheet mode. This tool addresses the limitations of existing solutions that rely on cloud-based VLMs or command-line assembly, and, when combined with local models’ visual capabilities, protects privacy while reducing costs.
