dsh-version-badge: DSH Version Badge and Deployment Tools

`dsh-version-badge` is a lightweight plugin for the DSH web interface that persistently displays a version badge in the sidebar. It provides features for viewing the core package version, checking for updates, and one-click deployment. The plugin has zero dependencies and a strict security model, and supports querying via the API or operating through the web interface. Automatic restart is enabled by default after installation, but can be disabled via configuration to accommodate processes managed by a supervisor.
