dsh-usage-balance: DeepSeek Harness Sidebar Usage/Balance Plugin

This plugin is designed to provide real-time usage and balance monitoring for the DeepSeek Harness web interface. It adds a tab row at the bottom of the sidebar, which can be expanded on hover into a glassmorphism detail card showing uptime, token count, estimated cost, and official balance. The detail card includes a slider to switch between hover-to-show or always-visible modes, and supports responsive layout with light/dark theme adaptation. Installation requires Node.js ≥20 and the dsh plugin command, and the network environment must have access to api.deepseek.com.
