dsh-ui-translate: A Privacy-First DeepSeek Harness Web Interface Translation Plugin

The `dsh-ui-translate` plugin is designed to address the translation challenges of the Chinese interface in DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It allows users to translate only the visible Chinese UI and content in place, without enabling the browser’s automatic translation feature. The plugin supports three backends (an offline dictionary, a local OPUS-MT model, and an OpenAI-compatible API), with the local mode ensuring privacy and security. Translated text is displayed by default as a purple overlay; hovering over it lets users view the original text or re-translate it. The plugin automatically detects and skips non-translatable areas such as input fields and code blocks, and modifies `Text.data` without breaking the DOM structure. Users install it via a command and enable it manually, and it supports customizing the target language, styling, and specific content through a configuration file or HTML attributes.
