dsh-ui-easyfold: Web Collapse Interaction Optimization Plugin

`dsh-ui-easyfold` is an MIT-licensed plugin for the DSH web interface, designed to address the disrupted reading experience after the "Think" component is expanded. It provides two core capabilities: pinning the folded row to the top of the viewport when expanded, and automatically restoring the scroll position to its original state when collapsed. The plugin requires React 18.2.0 or later, currently supports only "Think" folded rows, and is mounted via specific DOM attributes. Restart the web service after installation to activate it.
