dsh-typography: DeepSeek Harness Typography Customization Plugin

`gan332/dsh-typography` is a typography customization plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). Using a dual-mode plugin mechanism, it separates UI fonts and code fonts into two independent selectors, supports online presets (such as Inter and Noto Sans SC) as well as local `woff2`/`ttf`/`otf` font libraries, and applies them without transcoding. The plugin supports the full range of variable font weights and provides persistent state management. After installation, it can be toggled in settings, but note that it may override the effects of the `dsh-fonts` plugin, and some components may have hardcoded font restrictions.
