dsh-turn-model：在已完成回合前标注实际回答模型

dsh-turn-model 是 wajotary 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 客户端插件，在每个已完成回合的操作行上方以纯文本显示该回合实际使用的模型名，支持悬停查看 provider/model、中途换模型时的 A / B 并列；不联网、不写文件、无运行时依赖。安装：设置→插件搜索 dsh-turn-model，或执行 dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-turn-model。注意其依赖 DSH 内部数据结构，升级后可能静默失效；README 实测 dsh 0.2.0-rc.2，许可证 MIT。
