dsh-truncate: A Text Truncation Utility

dsh-truncate is a lightweight tool plugin designed to address context overflow or processing failures caused by overly long input text in DeepSeek Harness (DSH) workflows. It supports text length constraints and runs on pure Node.js, with no network request dependencies. Users need to install `@deepseek-ai/cordis` (>= 4.0.1) and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools` (>= 0.1.0-rc.6), and install it via command, to invoke its text truncation feature in a session. The plugin is open-sourced under the MIT license.
