dsh-trae-api: Convert Trae Credits to a Local OpenAI-Compatible API

The DSH plugin `dsh-trae-api` allows you to run a local proxy service that converts Trae Work CN credits into OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API endpoints. Once installed, it automatically decrypts the local token, provides streaming output, tool calling, and an endpoint fallback mechanism, and supports integration with tools like Claude Code and Cursor. The service defaults to listening on `127.0.0.1`, features automatic token refresh and a web-based management interface, and is intended for educational and research purposes only.
