dsh-top: Floating System Monitoring Panel for DSH Web GUI

`dsh-top` is an MIT-licensed monitoring plugin for the DSH Web GUI, designed to allow users to view host resource status directly within the web interface without switching to a terminal. It utilizes a floating, collapsible, and draggable panel fixed in the top-right corner to display real-time information, including CPU usage and core count, memory and disk usage/total with percentage bars, network upload and download throughput, and the PID, name, CPU, and memory usage of the top 6 processes. The plugin adopts a dark color scheme and monospaced font, and filters transient monitoring processes. Installation requires executing the `dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-top` command, followed by restarting the Web application and refreshing the page to enable it. The plugin obtains system information in read-only mode using the permissions of the current DSH process, ensuring data does not leave the host and avoiding external collection commands.
