Use dsh-toolbox to equip DeepSeek Harness with a local toolbox

The dsh-toolbox maintained by HiWhaleW packages product research, context switching, plugin pre-check and compatibility monitoring into four native Bundles, and uses an out-of-process Switchboard for Profile health checks and rollbacks. Data is stored in local SQLite; the online demo only simulates in browser memory. The license is PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, commercial use is not allowed.
