dsh-tool-wait-until：DSH 裏的事件驅動等待與空等攔截

dsh-tool-wait-until 是 tongsh6 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，提供 wait_until 工具：在作業結束、隊友空閒、文件出現或日誌命中時立即返回 completed/failed/stalled/timeout/cancelled 等結構化結果，並攔截前臺長 sleep 與超過 120s 的 job_output、wait_agent。要求 dsh 0.2.1+、Node 20+，MIT 許可，npm 安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-tool-wait-until。
