dsh-tool-user-memory: A Cross-Session User Preference Memory Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-tool-user-memory` is an open-source user preference memory plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to solve the problem of repeatedly stating preferences across sessions. The plugin persists stable preferences such as language habits and communication styles to `$DSH_HOME/user-memory/user.md`, and automatically injects them into the system prompt of every session, enabling memory sharing. Its core features include automatically recording, reading, or deleting preferences through the `memory_update` and `memory_get` interfaces, as well as supporting manual editing of the profile file. Installation is completed via the `dsh plugin` command, and it works out of the box with zero configuration by default, while allowing adjustments to the storage path, byte limit, and injection policy in `cordis.patch.yml`.
