dsh-tool-picker：按會話控制 DSH 工具與訪客模式

dsh-tool-picker 是 ptilroko 維護的 DSH 插件，在 agent 作用域用 restrict/guard 按會話開關 read/write/shell 等工具，並提供訪客模式將文件操作限制在工作區內。支持輸入框工具面板、設置頁默認訪客、模板 JSON 與 /tools 斜槓命令；狀態存於 profile/data/dsh-tool-picker/state.json，並與會話日誌對齊恢復。安裝通過 plugin_manager install_bundle 或 cordis.patch.yml；要求 DSH ^0.2.0-rc.1、Node >=22.12.0。
