dsh-tool-interrupt：單工具級手動中斷，填理由、不殺會話

dsh-tool-interrupt 是 wlyzqm 維護的 DSH Web 工作流插件。在「後臺任務」菜單點停止時先彈出「爲何中斷」，只 abort 當前工具調用，將理由作爲工具結果回傳模型，會話與同回合不中斷。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add github:wlyzqm/dsh-tool-interrupt，需重啓 dsh web 並刷新頁面。純後臺 job 仍走原生確認；不響應 abort 的工具與 run_code 嵌套派發有已知邊界。MIT 許可。
