DeepSeek Harness Plugin: dsh-tool-args-unwrap

The `dsh-tool-args-unwrap` plugin aims to address malformed tool-call parameters in DeepSeek Harness (DSH) and prevent the propagation of bad examples. It intercepts and corrects malformed parameters (such as nested wrapping and key aliases) at the `llm/stream` watermark, supporting full-chain repair, historical session correction, and host validation. It can be enabled by configuring dependencies and bundles, and provides the ability to silently handle tools with no required parameters.
