dsh-token-hud: DSH Web Global Real-Time Token HUD

Designed specifically for DSH, this plugin solves the issue of being unable to monitor speed when free gateway models do not report usage. By estimating directly from stream chunks, it provides a real-time, visual Token HUD. Features include displaying the aggregated DSH speed and cumulative token count, supporting position memory for a draggable floating window, and status color coding. The plugin uses character-based estimation (1 token per Chinese character and 1 token per 4 English characters) with error correction, and monitoring is provided through Host-Client collaboration. It is easy to install and keeps the error within 10%.
