dsh-todos-diy：DSH 工作待办与循环提醒

huningsong 维护的 DSH 工作流插件 dsh-todos-diy（0.7.0）在本机 JSON 存储待办，支持单次起止与工作日/每周/每月/cron 循环，四阶段页签加循环与暂停筛选，优先级与 stage 实时派生，提醒经 shell.overlay 与可选系统通知交付，含周报月报与自然语言快速添加。安装使用 plugin_manager install_bundle（SSH 指向 GitHub 或本地路径），重启后 GET /api/dsh-todos-diy/health 校验调度。MIT 许可，要求 DSH ^0.2.1-rc.3。
