By recognizing the `<!-- dsh-todo:start -->` and `<!-- dsh-todo:end -->` markers, it renders decision content into an editable checkbox table. It supports inline editing, adding or deleting rows, selecting all, sending directly, and populating a draft, and ensures the panel is displayed only after streaming output completes, thereby improving the interaction experience.
