dsh-tint-theme: Adds a theme selector for DSH Web GUI

dsh-tint-theme is an open-source skin selector plugin for the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web GUI. It introduces a dedicated "Skins" entry in the settings, offering 25 skin families (including 22 ported themes and 3 original designs). Core features include automatically switching skins based on the system's light/dark preference and persisting user selections within the settings namespace. The plugin requires dsh-client-ui-theme version 0.1.0-rc.7 or higher to support preference saving, while installing from source requires Node.js >= 22.19. Users can enable the plugin by installing via the command line, restarting the service, and refreshing the browser. This plugin is licensed under the MIT license.
