dsh-thermal-monitor: DSH Web Left Sidebar Hardware Temperature Dashboard

The `dsh-thermal-monitor` plugin is specifically designed for DSH environments to enable real-time monitoring of hardware temperatures in the left sidebar of the web interface. Maintained by whiskey1993, it supports monitoring temperatures for the CPU, memory, GPU, SSD, and motherboard, and features color-coded temperature levels, theme following, and smart polling. The plugin supports automatic privilege reduction: if administrator privileges cannot be obtained, it will automatically switch to a no-privilege-required mode that displays only GPU and motherboard temperatures. Installation requires running the specified commands and restarting the service. Note that this plugin only supports Windows 10/11 and does not support temperature monitoring for AMD/Intel integrated graphics.
