This plugin packages the standalone PowerShell tray application DshTaskWatcher as a DeepSeek Harness component, decoupling the host process from the watcher. It uses a Host + Web dual-side architecture and supports dependency-free deployment, independent lifecycle management, and stop-intent memory. The plugin exposes APIs for start/stop control and prevents conflicts via single-instance mutex. After installation, users can manage resident background tasks uniformly through the DSH interface. It supports Windows only.
