dsh-task-relay: DSH Cross-session Task Relay Board

`dsh-task-relay` is a DSH plugin maintained by LeslieWylie (v0.1.1, MIT license), designed to address the challenges of cross-session collaboration caused by independent DSH session lifecycles. Built on a local persistent queue, it provides task relay and session handoff summary functions, supporting task passing and context continuation in multi-session and sub-agent scenarios. The plugin registers 7 core tools: `task_push`, `task_list`, `task_claim`, `task_done`, and `task_cancel` for full lifecycle task management, as well as `handoff_write` and `handoff_read` for recording and reading work progress summaries. Data is stored by default in `~/.dsh/tas`
