dsh-task-notice-board: DeepSeek Harness's Workspace → Task → Session Collaboration Plugin

dsh-task-notice-board is an installable collaborative plugin developed specifically for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), aiming to solve the problem of scattered goals in cross-session collaboration. It introduces a Task hierarchy to construct a unified management architecture of Workspace → Task → Session. Core features include two-level kanban boards (tracking four-lane states for both Task and Session) and a Needs-you queue, which centrally processes approvals, questions, and plan reviews. The plugin supports strong binding and attribution between Session and Task, providing Task long-term memory with verification mechanisms and bounded cross-session context retrieval, without copying original transcripts or actively waking up sessions. Its lifecycle management covers closing, archiving, and recovery.
