dsh-task-kanban: Task Kanban Plugin for DSH Web

The DSH plugin `dsh-task-kanban` aims to implement full-process automation management for the entire workflow from requirements to code merging within the DSH Web main interface. This plugin refines natural language requirements into a serial Phase plan, executes strictly with single concurrency in an independent `git worktree`, automatically merges into the main branch and cleans the workspace upon completion, and solves the challenges of multi-session switching and state tracking.
