`dsh-task-ask-notify` is a host-side plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address the lack of feedback when a task completes or blocks while waiting for input. It provides instant reminders when the model returns control by using native Windows 11 notifications and WAV prompt sounds. The plugin supports custom sounds, configurable via a configuration file or interface, and includes a self-check tool. Installation requires loading the Bundle through the DSH plugin manager and ensuring the DSH version is 0.2.0-rc.2 or higher. When using the plugin, note that the adapter must not be started in detached mode; otherwise, notifications will be discarded.
