dsh-tada：为 DeepSeek Harness 提供原生桌面通知

dsh-tada 是 junqi-lu 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，监听一轮完成、错误、审批与提问等事件，在系统通知或应用内 toast 中提醒用户；当前在看同一对话时不打扰，在其它 Session 或其它应用时才会弹出。安装使用官方 profile 命令 dsh plugin --profile desktop|web add dsh-tada，在 Settings → Notifications 配置模板与静默时段。插件不 patch DSH、无运行时依赖，支持 Desktop 与 dsh web，MIT 许可，版本 0.2.0。
