dsh-tab-alert: A Taskbar Alert and Real-Time Event Source Plugin

The dsh-tab-alert plugin is designed to address the issue of users missing reminders for background tasks in DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It provides two core features: first, it alerts users through system notifications and taskbar flashing (orange or pulse) when the model asks a question, requests authorization, or completes a task; second, it exposes a real-time status data stream via a WebSocket endpoint for consumption by external tools. Installation requires the dsh CLI, and it supports customizing notification behavior and mute mode through a configuration file.
