Introducing the DSH Plugin: dsh-systems-programming

DSH Harness has released a plugin named `dsh-systems-programming`, focused on systems-level programming, with an emphasis on memory safety and concurrency patterns. Guided by the “everything is a plugin” philosophy, it aims to extend the capabilities of agentic workflows. As no official installation command is currently provided, users are advised to consult the GitHub repository or community directory and review the source code for installation instructions. The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process; therefore, its source code and license should be checked before installation.
