dsh-system-notify：DSH 桌面系统通知插件

dsh-system-notify 是 JamesYasR 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，在 Windows 10/11 与 Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 上为 turn 完成/错误、输入与批准、Goal 等 11 类事件提供可配置的桌面通知、声音、隐私样式、安静时段与点击聚焦 DSH；支持 toast 内批准/答题与可选 send_desktop_notification 工具。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:JamesYasR/dsh-system-notify，设置入口为 Settings → System Notifications，配置存于用户目录 config.json，本地运行无网络遥测。
