dsh-superpower: Integrating 14 developer skills from obra/superpowers into DeepSeek Harness

## Introduction When building a coding Agent with DeepSeek Harness (DSH), a common challenge is the difficulty of reusing methodological capabilities: items like requirements clarification, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and systematic debugging typically exist as `SKILL.md` skill files. To use them, one must write their own loading and registration logic, while also handling injection timing and compatibility issues across different presets. Existing solutions often involve manually copying skill files into each project and rewriting the loading code from scratch. dsh-superpower turns this into a plugin: after a single command installation, the 14 skills from obra/superpowers are automatically registered into the DSH skill registry, and accompanying session discipline is injected at the appropriate times.
