dsh-statecore: Native Memory Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

`dsh-statecore` is a native memory plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address the fragmentation and limitations of traditional MCP servers in session memory management. By mounting the StateCore memory engine into the DSH plugin context, it enables automatic memory ingestion, injection, and persistence. The plugin supports automatic identification of real conversations, summary compression protection, a web-based management interface, and native tool calling, while sharing storage with Claude Code.
